Bayshore Landing was build in the early 90s, with SCC 159 (the West Tower corporation) being established in 1992, a year following that of the East Tower. Bayshore Landing is perhaps one of the best-built and distinctive buildings in Barrie. The architects were the renowned Page and Steele architects of Toronto; and was built by Macedon Development. The building arches, loop entry, fountain and plants lead you to the building entrance where you greeted by a bright and beautiful lobby with its marble floors, mirrors and potted plants. Bayshore Landing suites are comprised of an assortment of layouts and views of the city.
